Group everything by category so a whole kit stays easy to find.<br><br>COVERAGE AT A GLANCE<br>Mark each item insured or not, with the provider, the policy number and the renewal date. The vault shows you what is covered and what is still exposed, so nothing sits uninsured because you forgot about it.<br><br>WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG<br>Export a complete valued inventory and send it to your insurer or the police. Everything you recorded goes with it, so a claim starts from real documentation instead of memory.<br><br>MAINTENANCE LOG<br>Record services, repairs and cleanings against each item.
