You buy an apartment from a developer, alone, with a sales representative who knows the price list by heart. The discount, if any, is small.<br><br>At BuyIt, you join a group of buyers who are looking for the same project. You conduct one negotiation with the developer, for the entire group.<br><br>How it works<br><br>You look at the projects that have been opened for group buying.<br>You mark what interests you. It does not obligate you to anything.<br>When there are enough buyers, you sit down with the developer and get better terms.<br>Whoever chooses to continue, signs a sales contract with the developer. Directly, as with any purchase.<br><br>What&#39;s in the app<br><br>• All projects that have opened, with prices, apartment mix and location on the map<br>• Filter by location, property type, price and occupancy date<br>• Apartment plans, when available<br>• Prices of transactions that have been closed in the area, so you know what you&#39;re comparing against<br>• Tracking your group and what&#39;s happening in the project<br><br>What&#39;s important to know<br><br>Your contract is with the developer, not with us. At no point does the money pass through us.<br>This is not a purchasing group. You buy an apartment from a contractor, with a standard sales contract.<br>We review each project before it appears here.
