Your Gallery.

VelaGallery is the modern photo gallery we have always been looking for: Designed to present your most beautiful moments breathtakingly – and to uncompromisingly protect your sensitive memories through innovative ideas.

🖼️ Sail through your memories
* Fast & fluid: Scroll smoothly through all your media files.
* Pinch-to-Zoom: Adjust the grid from 2 to 5 columns intuitively for the ideal display.
* Filters & Favorites: Show only what is truly relevant and highlight your favorite content.
* Organization: Sort, copy, and move your pictures quickly and easily.
* Discover: The app automatically generates nostalgic highlights. Optionally, a completely local image analysis (AI) categorizes your photos for you.

🔒 Encrypted Vault – Sensitive content specially protected
* True security: Don't just hide recordings, secure them with real cryptographic AES-256 encryption.
* Fast access: Open the vault securely via PIN or pattern, and on many devices with your fingerprint.
* Vault Camera: Sensitive photos go straight into the vault without ever appearing in the normal gallery.
* Backup system: Reliably protect your hidden content from data loss.
* Free: Up to 10 files in the vault (PRO: Unlimited).

🎨 Entirely to your taste
* Modern design: Light and Dark mode, seamlessly inspired by elegant Material Design 3.
* Color accents: Put your own stamp on the app with selectable accent colors.
* Freedom: Arrange the navigation bar according to your wishes.
* Manage albums: Sort albums completely freely via Drag & Drop or hide them completely.

🛡️ Privacy reimagined
* Showcase Mode: Hand over your phone without worries! Show others exactly only the photos they are allowed to see.
* Clean Share: Long-press Share to remove GPS and camera data (EXIF) before your photo reaches the messenger.
* Privacy Screen (PRO): Swipe open a curtain with a simple gesture, reducing visibility and protecting against prying eyes.
* Secure Erase (PRO): Attempts to overwrite deleted files with random data to make recovery extremely difficult.
* Local by default: No tracking, no annoying third-party ads, and no account required.

🎬 More Tools
* VelaScore: Let the local image analysis evaluate the quality of your pictures. Compare similar photos and find the best shot.
* Integrated Editor: Comprehensive photo editor and video trimming (saved as a new copy) right on board.
* Video Player: With Picture-in-Picture (PiP) function and intuitive gesture control in full screen.
* EXIF Editor (PRO): Edit the embedded metadata of your pictures for full control.
* Analysis & Slideshow: Professional RGB histogram and slideshows for your pictures.
* Recycle Bin: Easily restore accidentally deleted items. ## Rankings - #1,819,058 — Overall ## Permissions and access ### Permissions - `android.permission.ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION` - `android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC` - `android.permission.MANAGE_MEDIA` - `android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS` - `android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` - `android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO` - `android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED` - `android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED` - `android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER` - `android.permission.USE_BIOMETRIC` - `android.permission.USE_FINGERPRINT` - `android.permission.WAKE_LOCK` - `com.android.vending.BILLING` - `com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE` - `com.velagallery.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION` ## Similar extensions and apps - [Gallery - Photo Album, Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.aigallery.dipiandroid.photosvideosvaulthide) — 161 users - [GalleryVault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.meta.gallery) — 480 users - [Gallery - Photo Album Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.gallery_album.photogallery) — 331,165 users, 3.89 / 5 - [Gallery - Private Photo Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.aiphotogallery.photoeditor.videogallery) — 1,424,643 users, 3.85 / 5 - [Gallery - Photo Gallery &Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.photo.video.gallery.app) - [Gallery - Photo Album, Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.photogallery.albumviewer) — 72,854 users, 4.20 / 5 - [Photo Gallery - Album, vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/gallery.photo.vault.album.vaultphotoeditor) — 5,181 users - [Gallery : Photo Gallery Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.gallery.photogallery.galleryvault.hidephoto) — 9,465 users - [Gallery - Photo Album](https://chrome-stats.com/d/gallery.photogallery.photovault.private) — 19,520 users - [Gallery - Photo Album & Vault](https://chrome-stats.com/d/gallery.hdgallery.lockgallery.photovideovault) — 5,138,742 users, 4.52 / 5 - [Gallery - Photo Album Launcher](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.gallery.photos.videos.album.private.vault.launcher) — 21,300 users - [Gallery : Photo Vault, Album](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.gallery.photo.vault) — 8,222 users --- Source: [Chrome-Stats](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.velagallery)
