This is the official mobile application for Vermont Employment Agency (VEA) drivers. This app is restricted to authorized VEA drivers only and requires a pre-registered account to access.

IMPORTANT: This app is not available to the general public. You must be an authorized VEA driver with valid credentials provided by VEA to use this application.

WHAT THIS APP DOES

VEA Driver provides authorized drivers with the tools needed to manage their daily commuter transportation routes:

• View assigned passenger lists for each route
• Access pickup and drop-off locations with addresses and shift times
• Check passengers in and out during routes
• Record GPS location data for pickups and drop-offs
• Add notes about routes or individual passengers
• Review session history and past driving records
• View performance statistics

HOW TO LOG IN

Authorized drivers log in using their registered phone number. This phone number must be pre-registered in the VEA system by your administrator. The app does not support account creation - all accounts are managed by VEA administrators.

FEATURES

Route Management
View your assigned commuter route with complete passenger information including names, pickup addresses, drop-off locations, and work shift times.

Check-In/Check-Out
Mark passengers as checked in when they board and checked out when dropped off. All check-ins are recorded with timestamp and location data.

Location Tracking
The app tracks your location during active driving sessions to record accurate pickup and drop-off locations for operational and safety purposes.

Notes
Add notes for individual passengers (e.g., "Requested different pickup time") or for the entire route (e.g., "Traffic delay on Route 7"). Notes are saved to your session record.

Session History
Access your past driving sessions, including dates, times, passengers transported, and any notes recorded during those sessions.

Bilingual Interface
The app interface is available in English and Spanish. Change the language anytime in Settings.

Offline Mode
The app continues to function without internet connectivity. Data is stored locally and automatically syncs when connection is restored.

REQUIRED PERMISSIONS

Location: Required to record pickup and drop-off locations during driving sessions.

Notifications: Optional, for route updates and important operational alerts.

DATA & PRIVACY
