## Description

Intry is the resident app for apartments and gated communities. Invite your guests, get things fixed, book the clubhouse, and keep up with your neighbours from one place.<br><br>INVITE VISITORS BEFORE THEY ARRIVE<br>Create a gate pass for a guest, a delivery, or a cab. Share the QR code with them on WhatsApp, or save it to your photos and send it later. The guard scans it at the gate and your visitor walks straight in. You can see all your passes and cancel one at any time.<br><br>APPROVE WALK-IN GUESTS FROM YOUR PHONE<br>When someone turns up without a pass, the guard sends you their details and photo. Approve or decline in one tap, wherever you are.<br><br>GET THINGS FIXED<br>Raise a maintenance request, add a photo of the problem, and follow it through to completion. All your past requests stay in one list.<br><br>BOOK AMENITIES<br>Check what the clubhouse, gym, hall or courts have free, book a slot, and see all your bookings in one place.<br><br>STAY IN THE LOOP<br>Read notices from your management committee, see what is coming up on the community calendar, and get a notification the moment something needs your attention.<br><br>TALK TO YOUR COMMUNITY<br>Share a post with photos or a video, run a poll, and comment on what your neighbours put up.<br><br>KEEP YOUR HOUSEHOLD IN ORDER<br>Add family members, view your property details, track your water bill and utilities, see your payment history, and read the documents your community has shared.<br><br>WHO IT IS FOR<br>Residents of apartments, villas and gated communities that use Intry.
