I went from never having been a runner to running a 5k and am now training for a 10k. I've had no injuries and gained lots of confidence with this program. The app helps me with what I need to do every week, I follow it and here I am! I love the verbal encouragement as I run. I had an issue with Android battery optimization and map accuracy, but once we figured that out, all is well. Love this app and program!
