## Description

The Situation Center is a specialized tool for operational incident management, designed for a limited range of users. The application allows you to receive information about incidents via API and work with them in real time, even in offline mode.<br>Main features:<br><br>Incident map: All incidents are displayed on an interactive map. The user can see their location and view details.<br>Incident Details: Get full details about incidents, including attached media, details about other users involved in the incident, and SOPs (standard operating procedures) as a separate tab.<br>Create incident: Add new incidents by specifying their location, adding details and media files (from camera or gallery).<br>Editing incidents: Change locations, add new details or media to existing incidents.<br>Incident Archive: Access to the history of all incidents, allowing you to review and analyze previous incidents.<br>Offline mode: Work with incidents even without an Internet connection, and all changes are automatically synchronized when the connection is restored.<br>Access rights: Changes are possible only for users with the appropriate rights, which ensures security and access control.<br>This application is designed for closed use and is available only to a certain group of users.
