After opening the App, it asks for email ID. I obviously put it but it says this email address do not exist.

Can't opt out of channels, also logs you out. I'm getting notifications even though logged out. The support team have been in contact however their ticketing system is clearly bugged as I'm replying to their email and they are ignoring it. I've given a screen recording of the issue and they are closing the case.
