2026-06-01	Jo*****	Paid for two months and got one tire kicker for a lead. Reach out to customer service to discuss my concerns about getting leads. The automated phone service said my phone number didn't match any account they had. Had no problem taking money from my account. But they had a problem connecting me with a living, breathing human being to talk to. Hopefully they'll refund my money.

2026-05-29	Jo*****	Where's your integrity? First ever PA account- I can't even add a profile photo or update basic information. I've tried on both mobile & PC for months now. Don't embarrass yourself by looking as unprofessional as this app makes you appear. Zero customer support after multiple attempts. The company & devs are shameless. Do much better!

2026-05-11	Je*****	zillow needs to do a better job at vetting potential clients. I've had one that already has an agent, several that aren't pre-qualified and just wanted to look at properties because they were curious and nobody aware of what the buyers agency agreement is that's now required. I'm paying ridiculous amount of money for a service where most of the "leads" aren't viable.

2026-03-20	Sa*****	This app does most of what you need, but there are some things I've never been able to do because the UI is poorly designed. Some of the navigation buttons end up under the notification tray where they can't be tapped on.
