DC JAMES FITNESS

I have just started working out with DC James again and I can not say enough good things about him. He is very supportive, motivational, persistent, reliable, a great listener and flexible around your schedule. DC goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. He is very knowledgeable, informative and patient. He takes his time to teach you not just about what part of the body that I you are exercising but proper form and how important proper nutrition is.

I have been working out with DC James since early 2021. He is very supportive of my goals and made modifications when I strained my rotator cuff. He is very patient and takes the time to teach what part of the body each exercise will target. Using this app while working with him like a trainer on the go. When traveling, I am able to keep track of my workouts and see examples of them to ensure my form is correct. I would recommend anyone to use this app and workout with him. You won't regret it.
