## Review summary

Users mainly criticize TouchTunes for raising credit costs, especially dynamic pricing that charges more even when no songs are playing and fractional credits like 2.1 or 2.2 per play. Many call this a money grab, and some longtime, high-status users say they will stop using the app or jukebox. A few reviewers still describe the app as generally good and have used it for years. Others mention limited or blocked song selection and occasional loading problems.

### Pros

- Generally good app that longtime users have relied on for years
- Friendly atmosphere at bars where the jukebox is used

### Cons

- Dynamic pricing charges more credits even when no songs are playing
- Fractional credit prices such as 2.1 or 2.2 per play feel like a money grab
- Credit costs have risen from 1 to 2 and higher, which many users see as greedy
- Limited or blocked song selection
