## Description

Through this application, citizens can access essential public services quickly and easily, without unnecessary travel. The application is free, intuitive and modern – an important step towards a digital, transparent and efficient administration.<br><br>Main functionalities:<br><br>1) Reporting problems<br>Easily report problems in the community (public lighting, roads, sanitation, etc.). You fill out the form, and the City Hall is notified immediately.<br><br>2) Document verification<br>Enter the document number and year to check its status online. Avoid the lines at the counter!<br><br>3) Submission of petition<br>Complete and send official petitions to the local administration, with the possibility to upload supporting documents.<br><br>4) Important announcements<br>Receive notifications and quickly access the releases and announcements published by the City Hall.<br><br>5) Hearing appointments<br>Make an appointment directly from the app to speak with the mayor or another official, choosing the available day and time.
