I'm really ashamed of what happened to TMDONE. The app was working fine and there are a lot of customers ordering and now I don't know it's baaad. The app need to refresh everytime when you go back, the app layout is boring and many of restaurant not uploading food photos.

My experience with Tmdone has been disappointing. Initially, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the customer complaints department. When I tried to report an issue, I did not receive prompt or effective responses. Additionally, there was a clear lack of transparency regarding updates on my complaint. I struggled to obtain clear information about the status of my issue, which only added to my frustration. After 15 days, I was informed that only 50% of my refund would be processed
