Find your plan
• Search for events by name and view them in a list or calendar.

• Filter by city, date (today, tomorrow, this week, this weekend, or a specific day), music genre, and whether they are free or paid. If you tap "Detect my location" and grant permission, the app will suggest your city; otherwise, you can select it manually.

• On each event's page, you'll see the date and time, minimum age, dress code, and venue address with a link to Google Maps. If the venue has added them, you'll also see the music genres and artists.

• Each nightclub has its own profile with its events, address, and, if available, its social media links.

• Share an event link with whomever you want.

Buy your ticket
• Choose the ticket type and how many you want. Before paying, you'll see the price and booking fees, and you can add a discount code if you have one.

• Card payments are processed through the Redsys payment gateway, which opens in your mobile browser after verification by your bank. Your card details are entered there, not in the app.

Reserve a table in the VIP area
• For events with reserved seating, choose the area and the number of people in your party.

• Depending on the area, you either pay a deposit in advance or submit a request, which the venue accepts or declines. The remaining balance is paid at the venue on the night of the event.

• Track the status of each table in the "Reserved" tab: pending, accepted, or declined.

Your ticket on your mobile device
• Your tickets are in "My Tickets," with both a QR code and a text code in case the reader doesn't recognize it.

• When you scan the QR code, the screen brightness increases to maximum and remains on.

Your Account
• You can view the schedule without registering. To purchase, create an account with your email or sign in with Google. You can also leave your name, email, and phone number when purchasing, and we'll create your account for you at that time.

• Activate two-step verification in Settings › Security.

• If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us via Settings › Help and Support.

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings › Edit Profile › Delete Account, or from our website without having the app installed.

For Venue Teams
If you work at a nightclub that uses TicketVerso, your venue account will grant you access to the tools relevant to your permissions:

• Door: Staff validate tickets using their mobile phone's camera or by entering the code, and view the scan history.

• Reservations: Accept or reject table requests for each area.

• Management: Events, ticket types with their prices and availability, VIP areas with their rates, discount codes, and team members with their permissions.

• PR and sales channels: Each person sells with their own link and can view their sales.

• Reports: Sales, attendance, and customers for each event, venue revenue, and withdrawal requests.

Tickets and reservations provide access to in-person events. Each venue sets its own prices, entry rules, and minimum age requirements. An internet connection is required to view the schedule and purchase tickets.
