• Push notifications — reminders for challenges, wellness tips, and updates from your organisation

HEALTH CONNECT (OPTIONAL)

If you choose to connect Health Connect in Settings, Wellspring can import workout sessions from apps and devices you already use (for example Samsung Health, Google Fit, or a wearable).

We read only what’s needed to log those workouts in Wellspring:

• Exercise sessions — activity type, start and end time, and duration
• Distance — for activities like running, walking, cycling, and hiking (shown on your activity and used in distance-based company challenges)
• Calories burned — total energy for each synced workout session

Health Connect is optional. You can log activities manually or with in-app GPS instead. We only sync workouts after you connect—past workouts are not imported. Health data is read-only; we don’t use it for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can disconnect anytime in Settings.

Wellspring is a B2B employee wellbeing platform. Your employer provisions access—sign in with the account your company gives you, complete onboarding, and you’re ready to go. Available features and rewards vary by company.
