It's not allowing nor I can't cancel it too ... Even if I want to return it it's giving tss credit ... Looting only ... Snitch is much better than souled store .... I am struggling with this product exchange from one week

Suggestion: improve ui, its laggy sometimes and please also mention what is total outfit of model, like which shirt and pant which type and fit because you have just mentioned model height and shirt if i want to purchase shirt. Total combination should be mentioned would be very helpful
2025-01-20	D-30-Suhrad Rajgor	The app has manny bugs and I am not able to contact the customer service and unable to place a return request. Even when the order is delivered it is still showing being shipped and because of this I am unable to return my order. When I am trying to call,the call just ends.
2025-01-15	Tanish Singh	I'm facing a lot of bugs , after completing the payment still it shows the item in cart , and after payment, it gets stuck on payment option instead of saying the order is complete, it stays on the same screen. Hope you fix it soon

You won't care about customers satisfaction how they feel without any care following by careless ness and no proper customer care support. And charging 20 rupees for refund processing charges how worstly are you collecting even to keep for refund option. Without any intimation collecting processing charges I made shopping in different online platforms but they didn't collect any refund processing charges like this worthless app.

It's just that some items are little overpriced but apart from that my experience has been quite wonderful. Also, this is to especially mention that their return process is also very fast and you will get a quick response on all your queries and absolutely delighted with the updated app as well. Love to be a part of TSS fam.
2024-12-29	Gowtham Raj	The quality of the product is unacceptable. It's essentially a one-time use item, and the colors quickly lose their vibrancy. For example originally priced at ₹200, is now being sold for a shocking ₹600. Not worthy and waste of money. 👎🏻
2024-12-28	Arjun Kaul	Great designs. Superb quality. Love the oversized fits. Plus the graphic of tshirts with cartoons I saw growing up brings nostalgia and joy. There are only 2 apps I use for online shopping and Souled Store is one of them.
2024-12-18	Kapil Sharma	The app has become better. Still needs improvement..sometimes keeps loading and doesnt opens the product. It got poor during the sale and wasn't working kept failing but now it is better, still can work more smooth.
2024-12-17	HD M	The return policy is abysmal. The delivery partner cancelled my return request 3 times. Moreover, when I contacted customer care for return of a defective product they are asking me to send the photographs of the defective product as if I am free to send them all the photographs from different angles. These guys don't know how smooth other companies' return policies are.
