## Description

The QMS (Merchant App) is an app developed for shop owners and clinics to easily manage their daily Queue (Token) system and Doctor Bookings (Doctor Bookings) from a single phone.<br><br>This system will help patients or customers to use their time effectively without having to come to the shop in person.<br><br>Key Features<br><br>- Unified Dropdown System: Easily select common Queue Categories and Doctors from a single dropdown.<br><br>- Systematic QR System: Generate unique QR Codes for each shop or doctor, which can be easily scanned by patients and get tokens.<br><br>- Manual Booking System: For those who come directly to the shop, not online, you can manually generate tokens from the Merchant Dashboard by filling in the patient&#39;s name, phone, age and gender.<br><br>- Real-time Data Connection: Centralized Sync System that will immediately notify the Customer App whenever the shop information or doctor&#39;s schedule is updated.<br><br>- Direct Call: Simply tap on the patient&#39;s phone number on the Dashboard to go directly to the phone dialer and make a call.<br><br>- Full Management: Customize store content, photos, queue types, and doctor schedules.<br><br>Using The QMS (Merchant App) will help your business deliver services faster and more efficiently, while reducing crowding.
