Primer Respondiente

In view of the implementation of the new criminal justice system, the training of the police as First Respondent became an imperative need. This training includes the development of skills and the acquisition of knowledge that, although empirically, the Police already knew.

The knowledge and skills of the first respondent are extensive, their responsibilities also. This application is a guide for the micro process that the police must follow to develop their work in the event of the commission of a fact that the law indicates as a crime or administrative fault.
