2024-12-06	Ma*****		I have reported that the app did not worked with Google fit, now Google health, and now it is "working". However, the app keeps crashing when I want to add my weight with my scale so it is useless...

Like a lot of people below, had tons of trouble just trying to sync the scale with the app. Then, the app completely stopped working the next day (shuts down, and after resintalling I can't log in). It's a shame, it looked good. I will have to bring the product back to the vendor.
2023-12-14	Pa*****		Pairing with body scale web coach is awful. I tried 20 times. Had to reinstall the app. Sync with Google fit needs to be improved too. It stopped working after a while.
2023-11-29	Ar*****		- The weight scale does not deliver water/fat/muscle percentages although it should according to the documentation - It periodically loses connection to my smartphone so that I have to reconnect weight scale to smartwatch again - The scrolling element with the list of measurements is horrible; guys, just use Google's paging library, it literally does all work for you - It mixes all measurements without asking whether the new data belongs to me or not
2023-02-07	Fr*****		It's ok but could be greatly improved easily: Percentages for body fat and muscle mass are rounded despite having a more accurate number on the scale. Keeping a digit shouldn't be hard. Lot of food don't work when adding them despite finding them in the database by scanning the barcode, it just hangs. It would be great to have the possibility to add the nutritional values ourselves when food is not found.
2021-07-20	Le*****		If I could give a minus star rating I would. The app is useless. Have been sending emails to Terraillon since 30/04/21...months! No fix. App keeps crashing & they even asked me to try it on another phone and it did the same! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! 😢 **Edit...the Terraillon response advises android 7 and above. Their helpdesk told me via email in APRIL version 6 was good enough!!! REALLY 😢😢
