AviCalma is a quiet companion for the days before a flight and for the flight itself: a few short steps to prepare, plain answers about what a plane does, and one tool you can open in the worst minute.<br><br>CHECK IN, THEN ACT<br><br>Rate how you feel from 1 to 10, choose the triggers that apply to you, and keep an eye on your flight countdown. Naming the fear is the first step, and the app then points you at one calm thing to do next.<br><br>FOR THE WORST MINUTE<br><br>Guided 4–2–4 breathing with an orb you can follow without reading a word, plus a grounding exercise. Both are one tap away from anywhere in the app, and both work with the phone flat on your lap.<br><br>SEVEN STEPS, AT YOUR PACE<br><br>A short preparation journey you can work through over several days or repeat the morning of your flight. No streaks, no pressure, nothing you have to finish by a deadline.<br><br>EVERY NOISE, EXPLAINED<br><br>Plain-language explanations of what happens during a flight: the sounds on takeoff, the feeling of turbulence, why the wings move. Understanding what something is can make it easier to sit with.<br><br>WORKS IN AIRPLANE MODE<br><br>AviCalma is fully offline. No account, no sign-in, no server.
