Start exercising with the VITAPLUS app, collect MOVEs (Technogym's unit of measurement of movement) and get more active every day. For example, a 10-minute, low-intensity run translates to about 120 MOVEs.
The quickest and easiest way is to collect the MOVEs directly on the Technogym machines. Log into the devices with your mywellness account and train with the best training programs. With the app you can view your training program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your training session.
