## Description

The MADAD App is an official consular services management tool designed for Indian citizens to log and track grievances related to services provided by Indian Embassies abroad. Developed by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), this mobile application is available on Android, iOS, and Windows platforms, enabling easy and convenient grievance management.

Citizens can report issues such as compensation, court cases, domestic help disputes, imprisonment abroad, repatriation, salary dues, tracing whereabouts, marital disputes, birth certificates, and various abuse cases. However, visa, passport, emergency travel documents, and attestation-related grievances are excluded.
