Some slow breathing (one minute is the default), a short check-in with your body, and a kind word from yourself, as if to your friend.

It started as breathwork to get me through a stressful time. Streaks and metrics, all about quantity. What I actually needed was a minute – to close my eyes, listen to my body, and attend to myself. So that's what this is now. No streaks, just moments that add up.

Some days you need to come down. Some days you need a little lift. You choose, and Attend meets you there.

What's inside:

Gentle breathwork. Short guided breathing with soft pacing. Longer exhales to settle, other patterns to wake up. Beautiful animations and calming voices to breathe along with.

Body check-in. A quiet moment to notice what's actually going on inside – be it tension, warmth, restlessness, ease – without needing to fix it.

A kind word. Speak to yourself the way you'd speak to a friend. Short prompts to help nurture self-compassion.

Togetherness: Breathe with the animals. Soft, slow companions (lion, monkey, dog, and more coming) to breathe along with, for when you want something that feels really caring. We're parents to three under five, and we use this to sit and breathe with them too – through a tantrum, or just for a moment together.
