I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for these things: a free version should come with unlimited tasks so it can remain a free version. Don't get me hooked then pigeon hole me and tell me I can only create so many tasks. Even if I did decide to keep using it after 30 tasks, I wouldn't pay $99 for it, or a monthly sub fee, not for a task/project manager, but I'd pay $20, even $30 for it though, once.
