## Description

Write ready-to-run CNC programs on your phone, at the machine.<br><br>SZ Tools CNC generates G-code for lathes and mills — turning, profiling,<br>grooving, drilling, threading and parting on the lathe; face milling,<br>pocketing, contouring, drilling, thread milling and chamfering on the mill.<br>Pick Fanuc or Haas and the program posts in the dialect your control expects.<br><br>Watch it before you cut. The built-in backplot plays every move — rapid, feed,<br>arc, plunge, canned cycle — over a stock model the tool carves away as it runs.<br>It expands the same cycles the control does: G71 roughing including Type II<br>undercuts, G72 facing, G70 finishing, G76 threading, G83 pecking.<br><br>Built around a machine shop:<br>• Tool library by station, nose radius, surface speed and touched corner<br>• Chuck jaw and fixture library, with an L:D overhang and RPM safety check<br>• Editable feeds and speeds table — carbide starting points for aluminium<br>  through titanium<br>• Tap sizes in UNC, UNF, metric, NPSM and NPT, with pre-drill sizes worked out<br>• Cutter compensation, tool wear offsets and nose-radius compensation<br>• Your own notes posted as program comments<br><br>Export a clean .nc file to a folder or a USB stick and walk it to the machine.<br>Your saved programs stay on your phone — they are never uploaded.<br><br>For machinists, programmers, apprentices and trade-school students.
