2024-09-22	Mi*****	Great option for 20amp plugs. Fairly straight forward on the install. Gave it 4 stars because it dud 2 firmware updated over the last 5 months and it had issues. It froze and I had to remove it and reconnect to fix it. BUT, I would purchase more.

2022-04-24	Fa*****	It's not Lutron, but that's not entirely bad. There is room for improvement but also many options the competition doesn't offer, like IAQ sensors. The accuracy of smaller sensors may not be high but they are easy to conceal and funtion well enough to integrate into our whole home ventilation system. Wifi connections are strong, minimal downtown, easy-to-use app, and strong customer support. Hope to see new and improved plug-in modules and better market availability. Will be buying more ASAP!

2021-09-28	J *****	Very easy to use app. Did nothing but follow the instructions and everything worked easily and correctly. After creating my account through the app and setting up my Wi-Fi Control inserts I also enabled the Swidget skill through the Alexa app. I can now control the outlets through both this app and Alexa. Some suggestions: - On Outlet Details page, change "On Today" to something like "On Last 24 Hrs". - On the socket info page, I think someone should look at the energy used and estimated cost calculations. They do not look right. - On the socket info page, should "Energy Used Today" be "Energy Used Last 24Hrs"? Need clarity on whether it is really today (i.e. since start of calendar day in outlet time zone) or last 24 hours. - On the socket info page, same comment as above for "Cost Today". FYI, I was one of the original Kickstarter backers. My original Wi-Fi Control inserts did not setup properly with this app but when I contacted Swidget they swapped them out for newer ones and they worked perfectly. GREAT SUPPORT!

2021-06-17	Ke*****	I've been an original backer Of Swidget since on Kickstarter. I made a pretty negative review about these device couple months back. After some investigating I realized I was having network issues at home. So I'm here to let it be known that these devices are amazing and work as advertised!!!
