## Description

Survey Scriber has been developed by a qualified chartered surveyor based on his everyday field experience and professional knowledge and not by just a technology company therefore user-focused. Survey Scriber allows the user to conduct a property inspection effortlessly at the end of which the inspection report is autogenerated. <br><br>The mobile app allows the user to inspect a property to determine its condition systematically, and by clicking a few buttons and entering limited texts, a full inspection report is automatically generated and sent to the user’s email for final editing, before the report is sent to the client.<br><br>- The app is organized using the RICS HomeBuyer Report template, and most surveyors will already be familiar with it, it represents a step-by-step approach to carrying out a successful property inspection.<br><br>- Electronically store inspection reports, on your device, computer or cloud, including your notes and floorplan sketches, removing the need for physical paper storage and associated difficulties.<br><br>- Saves your time on your inspection and reduces the time you spend preparing your inspection report.<br><br>- It reduced report errors due to real-time inspection observation recording and report generation.<br><br>- Easily retrieve archived reports stored electronically on your device, computer, or in the cloud.<br><br>- Produced standardised reports using database phrases.
