## Description

STRYNER Sync is the companion app for STRYNER — the fitness challenge platform on Telegram.<br><br>The app connects to Health Connect and automatically syncs your daily step count to your STRYNER account, so your progress stays up to date without manual entry.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br>1. Open STRYNER in Telegram and get your connection code.<br>2. Open STRYNER Sync and paste the code to link your account.<br>3. Grant Health Connect permission to read your steps.<br>4. Your steps sync automatically in the background.<br><br>WHY USE IT<br>- Automatic step syncing — no manual logging.<br>- Stay consistent with your STRYDE challenges.<br>- Lightweight and battery-friendly.<br>- Your data, your control — request deletion anytime.<br><br>PERMISSIONS<br>STRYNER Sync reads only your step count from Health Connect.
