2023-05-02	Ha*****	Very limited app. Locking/unlocking works only half the time. Not possible to track the bike when it's off. Almost NO STATS: no power output/ratio. No previous ride. No details. Not possible to zoom on the map. Alarm doesn't work on my phone.

2022-11-09	Fr*****	This app is a step backwards from version 2.9.11 which I have on another phone. The interface is pretty much the same as the older version, but the maps have less information than the previous one, and the maps are now all in various shades of gray instead of the older version which was color, making it harder to read. Bike connectivity remains spotty as well. Bottom line: the app is better than nothing. Stromer makes a terrific bike, but as far as post purchase support, they suck.

2022-08-20	Ha*****	My Stromer ST3 pinion, this app is not of this time, but it is required for customizing one of the power and torque settings. The differance between the quality of the bike and the software is shocking, sorry Stromer, I hope you are able to update all software soonest.

2021-09-21	De*****	Tech support for this app is ridiculous and virtually nonexistent. I can't change the temperature unit to Celsius, even though tech support tells me it should be possible. And when I step on my bike at 7AM, it logs the first few kilometers of the ride on the previous day. And tech support is unwilling, unable or BOTH to fix my issues and tells me to go see my Stromer Dealer. My dealer (if I had one, which I don't because I bought the bike second hand) is a bike seller, not an app maker!!!!

2021-03-08	Ma*****	Worked okay for a couple months. Didn't use my st3 because of winter being a thing and now i can't log in and get 403 errors. It also has huge issues with auto filling password. Put some more devtime in and fix cause it's a useless mess right now.

2020-10-04	Se*****	Once it connects for the 2nd time, I'll give it a new review/rating. My phone says connected, App says connecting, bike doesn't respond at all.... I've got €20 earbuds that have better Bluetooth connectivity then this +€6000 bike. And what is even worse, there is not one comment from the developers here, very proud of their job ?

2020-09-08	Ch*****	I have read only Luke warm review. My experience over the last month has been very different- GOOD. App works well in Canada; 3G has been solid and GPS works okay when outside. Seems to use 3g towers for locating when under cover so GPS can be off in this situation. app is simple but effective and works well through 3g An improvement could be to match GPS location with phone location, when they are in proximity to increase accuracy. Also be able to set a home (charger) location.
