They are either inept or uninterested. All they have is uninstall and reinstall, which never works. After that they do nothing except apologise. |

I thought it will be ok, since eventually everyone will have all the upgrades and then team/troops composition will matter, but no. You can still lose a battle with the best counter-units and high tier troops to a guy that has the most basic units, but upgraded them via real money (cause that's the only way). | 2023-06-14 |  | | This game does have some good qualities but then you reach a point where you can't do much but sit and wait and wait and wait as your buildings to level and at just level 13 I'm waiting over a day for some to build. From level 10 on it was a nightmare and ended up having to buy speed ups as and gold cause I was constantly getting wiped out as I couldn't do anything. It much like a pay to win game like most. |

In last year customer service haven't even answered to none of my messages. This is a high spend game and due to constant errors in game and bugs you can loose investment done timewise and money-wise. No compensation. No support. Just new bugs with every new event make the game unplayable. Don't waste money and time |
