## Description

STF Kronos is the companion app designed for the STF Kronos Activity Tracker and compatible STF Kronos watches. It works with STF Kronos smartwatches to help you monitor your activity throughout the day and reach your wellness goals. This app is intended for general fitness and wellness use (non-medical).

STF Kronos offers features like a stepometer (steps, distance, calories), a sleep monitor, menstrual cycle tracking, weight tracking, and multiple sports modes (running, biking, walking, climbing). It also supports notifications for calls and messages and includes a phone finder to locate your phone or smartwatch should you misplace them.
