Stop counting when you're on a bus, in a car, or at the gym — so your step count stays accurate.

PAUSE ANYTIME
On a bus or in a car? Hit pause. Resume when you walk. No more inflated numbers from commuting or vehicle vibrations.

REAL-TIME STEPS
Watch your steps update instantly — every step, not every 60 seconds. A beautiful progress ring fills as you approach your daily goal.

THREE-TIER GOALS
Set a minimum, target, and stretch goal. Your streak is preserved at minimum, the ring fills at target, and a bonus ring tracks your stretch progress.

CLEAN STEPS SCORE
See what percentage of your steps are real walking. StepPause tracks excluded steps separately so you always know your true activity level.

WEEKLY INSIGHTS
Four chart types show your week at a glance — bars for steps, line chart for calories, donut for active time, and bubbles for distance.

ACHIEVEMENTS & CHALLENGES
Earn 19 badges across 5 categories. Take on distance challenges from a Central Park loop to walking around the world. Play Fit Bingo with daily mini-challenges.
