2025-01-13	Sofia Padura	It's an amazing app however, whenever my battery just got to 50% or more my TikTok completely glitches and turns my screen from Black to White frequently. My phone is completely fine and not damaged and this app is a complete bug. I have to re download it everytime this happens and it's now getting very annoying and frustrating.

It frequently crashes and lags, and there have been instances where I was logged out and couldn’t access my account for days. Now, the app constantly lags and refreshes itself, making it almost unusable. This doesn’t feel like the reliable TikTok we’re accustomed to. I hope the developers can address these issues soon and bring back the smooth performance we expect.
2025-01-09	Lady Xian	I had this app on my other device (my tablet to be specific) it was great and I don't have any lag or hang issues until I moved it to my new phone, I have checker other apps and it's completely fine with no lag problems at all. Another thing is whenever I open the tiktok app on my phone it would freeze in the tiktok logo in my screen, please fix this asap!
2025-01-06	Elvane Latisha Kinara	TikTok is indeed a really fun application, the content is exciting and makes me feel at home. Features like filters, effects, and challenges that are currently hits make it even more exciting to try. But, unfortunately, this application often cannot be opened. i have to uninstall and reinstall it every day, it's really annoying. In fact, if the performance is improved and stable, TikTok can be more fun without interruption. Hopefully TikTok can fix this problem soon:)
2025-01-04	Aeveriee	The app is OK, entertaining and fun but it always glitches when you wanna reply back to someone, like it freezes alot and you'd have a hard time typing. Sometimes your screen would glitch when you accidentally slide from "friends" to "fyp" and its suuper annoying, and like, the you're tapping too fast update? I hate it so much. Its so useless I hope you guys remove it please, or atleast an option for either if you want it on or not because its just really bugging me off and I want it gone.

Everytime I'm trying to open TikTok, it has my phone bugging and lagging that I have to restart my phone so it doesn't crash out COMPLETELY. I've tried updating the app, but still, it got me nowhere. I'm hoping I wasn't being stupid, and whatever this bug is, it has to be fixed asap. Thanks.

Uploading, uploading videos makes so much even worse that I waited 2 days to just see it upload and yet it's not uploaded. Everytime that happens IT just goes to my draft and when u retry same thing. It literally makes it stuck at 96 percent which is more annoying. Probably fix ur app tiktok. And yes this app is great but the issues with me isn't
2024-12-29	Hans Mathew Caguimbaga	I'm going to be honest, the app is good, BUT whenever I try to upload a video, why does the quality drop so much? And when I say low, I mean LOW low, you can literally see it pixelated and blurry, which I really hate. Also after a week or two the app just crashes and won't open anymore. I don’t know why but this keeps happening to me. I cleared the cache but still, doesn’t work. I can’t even force stop it, I have to delete and reinstall the app just to get it working again. Pls fix this :(
2024-12-29	Lokee Edaño	I literally CANNOT buy anything from TikTok Shop anymore. Everytime I want to click on a product, it always pops up the puzzle verification. Even though I always put the puzzle correctly, it always says "Unable to verify. Try again." But my question is, how many times do I have to try again? Even just to look at reviews of a product, this verification pop up ALWAYS appears. I've reported this faulty feature so many times but I guess it doesn't really matter enough.
2024-12-28	Angelo Mercado	the streaming service on this app has one missing feature in it. It's the mute button on the game stream mode. Kinda mostly embarrassing for people just silently streaming but not actually silent because of the fact the microphone is still on while having a nice chilling stream. Please put the mute button on the future updates. Thank you!!!
