## Description

Huddle - Get Together

Huddle is a social app designed to increase in-person interaction, simplify event planning, and bring people together.

The app has three pages that seamlessly lock together to turn local coordinates into real-world memories:

1. Events
The events page is essentially your visual radar for local gatherings and private plans. The events page serves for two main functions: create events and see events. On the map which covers the page, you will see pins of different events at their respective locations. If you see a Diwali Beach Gathering you want to go to, simply click on the pin and select join event on the pop-up screen, which will also display the handles (unique user identifiers) of the attendees. Public event icons are a brighter shade of red with a circle in the center, while private event pins have a reddish-pink hue with a lock icon in the center. To create an event, press and hold on your desired location to "drop" an event. Fill out the event name, description, date, time, and precise location coordinates in seconds. Every event you drop gives you full administrative control over who sees it:
- Public Events: Visible to anyone using the app on the map. Perfect for open pickup games, community gatherings, or club meetings.
- Private Events: Completely hidden from the general public. These custom pins are only visible to the specific verified friends you choose to invite, ensuring your private hangouts stay secure.

2. Friends
The friends page is your secure gateway to building your trusted social network and managing your inner circle. It acts as the ultimate filter for your privacy, serving as the required pool of verified connections who are eligible to be invited to your private gatherings. By searching unique @handles, you can send friend requests and manage incoming or outbound pending invites with a single tap. Once a user is verified as a friend, they can be selected and explicitly invited when you drop a private event. This ensures your private pins stay completely hidden on the map from everyone except the specific friends you choose to hand-pick for the invite.

3. Profile
The profile page serves as your personal social headquarters and interactive itinerary. It anchors your identity within the app while keeping your upcoming schedule neatly organized in one place. The profile page centers around your custom identity, displaying your main display username alongside your unique @handle, which functions as your primary identifier for friends to find you. Directly from this page, you can access administrative options to edit your display name, sign out of your account securely, or change your profile photo by tapping the avatar canvas. Below your profile card sits the "My Upcoming Plans" itinerary—a live, scrollable calendar feed that automatically consolidates every event you have created or joined. Each plan is displayed as a clean card showing the event title, date, and time. Tapping on any plan seamlessly pulls up its specific details sheet, making it effortless to review who else is attending or leave the event if your schedule changes.
