Users can link their Ticketmaster account to BIC to allow for seamless mobile entry into each show at the Ohio or Palace Theatres. Season subscribers can access all subscriber resources, such as purchasing additional tickets, exchanging tickets if a conflict comes up or accessing their invoice at renewal time.

Just use the website. This app does endless redirecting loops when trying to access tickets. It does not perform the function it was created to do.

I can't use the app for tickets. Whenever I try to log in, it takes me to Ticketmaster, then tells me Ticketmaster has times out. Worthless. I have to use the website on my phone to access tickets.
