I always stuck at level 21-23.when I'm at level 23 then go back down again to level 21. Need to restart again even though I have a made a lot of building on my city. ALSO, I HAVE PAY SOME CASH!! THEN NEED TO START AGAIN TO LEVEL 21!! Worst then other apps, others will safe the data this game cannot

I rate this game a 4 star because of the display and background I like the part where I can buy the tv tower and the rest and save money through rewards and from other occupation and then I use it to buy the world bank which gives me 100,000 for 24 hours please at least reduce the hours
