## Description

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook… ScrollTime helps you take back control of the time you spend on social media. You decide when they&#39;re blocked.<br><br>A DAILY LIMIT — Choose how long you can scroll each day: 15 min, 30 min, 1 h… Once the time is up, the apps you selected are blocked until midnight. With &quot;Earn it all&quot;, every minute has to be earned.<br><br>OR EVERYTHING BLOCKED UNTIL A DATE — Exams, holidays, a digital detox: block your apps right away until the date you choose. Add a code if you (or a parent) want to be able to cancel early.<br><br>NO-SCROLL HOURS — Block your apps at set times every week: at night, at work, during meals. Choose the hours and the days; during these hours, no challenge can unlock them.<br><br>CHALLENGES TO EARN MORE TIME — Blocked? Take on a challenge to unlock a few minutes: math (3 levels), general knowledge quiz, exercise counted by the front camera (squats, lunges, jumping jacks, high knees, push-ups, plank, biceps curls, dance), or a walk counted by your phone.<br><br>LEARN A LANGUAGE — Unlock time by practicing English, Spanish or French: vocabulary and grammar, all in the language you&#39;re learning, at beginner (A1) or intermediate (A2–B1) level.<br><br>YOUR TIME, LIVE — A notification shows the time left today while you use your social apps.<br><br>YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE — Today&#39;s time and the last 7 days, measured on your phone.<br><br>FOR PARENTS — Freeze the rules until a date or forever, protected by a parental code: the limit can be tightened, never loosened.<br><br>PRIVATE BY DESIGN — No account, no ads. Your usage and your settings stay on your phone. Camera images are analysed on the device and never recorded or sent.<br><br>Available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Indonesian.
