## Description

The Pharmadd APP is a smartphone application intended solely for Pharmacy patients using the Pharmadd software.<br>Patients are invited to use the APP by their pharmacist, who takes care of the census of the personal data and the email with which the person will have access to the APP.<br>Through the APP, the patient has the therapy diary at hand and for each drug he receives a timely notification reminding him to take the drug.<br>The tool allows you to take a census and record in real time that the patient has taken the drug, to receive feedback on his general state of health and to enter any adverse reactions that will be promptly reported to the pharmacist.<br>It is possible to receive messages directly from your pharmacist and obtain information on the date of the next drug withdrawal.
