2024-09-06	je*****	Super easy to use. Really glad this app exists, simply blowing into it 3 times a day is a breeze. Really enjoying looking forward to getting more time to see my child, bc I don't drink like the ex claims I do. Only drawback is the Begin Test button being at the bottom, where most phones have a home button. Have had a few occasions where I submitted a test, Passed with .000 BAC and went to back out of the app. Only to have to do another test bc of my fat fingers. Maybe move to center?

2024-05-20	Jo*****	This app does not work properly with my phone (Pixel 8 pro). I've tried reporting it to them, but they basically told me "sounds like a personal problem." I reported it so they could work with Google Play to resolve the issue because it's not something I can fix myself. I've deleted the cache and storage on the phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same problem persists. I shouldn't have to carry around 2 phones just so I can test. I pay them almost $300/mo. Please fix it now

2023-06-23	Al*****	I am court ordered to use this device when I have my kids, which is about 65 days out of the year. I'm giving it three stars because there is no way to see my test history on the app. As I only have to do it so many times a year, sometimes I test and don't remember which leads to me doing more tests. It would nice to just look at the app and see if I'm already done a test or not.

2023-05-18	As*****	Warning! It goes off for stupid reasons! Like if you have a cough drop or a Starbucks doubleshot! This is the worst breathalyzer in my opinion. I have to take it over and over again and I haven't had one single drop of alcohol.

This company is not out to help you with sobriety. it's solely there to document when you mess up and provide information to others so that they can judge you and chastise someone struggling with sobriety. It's also a tool used by vindictive X's to financially burden and interfere legally and their exes live with or without proof or necessity. The fact that silverlink knows that it is used in the courts they charge a premium and don't care.

You set up your device, call the SoberLink number to finish the set up process (i.e. facial recognition and base breath test), and your testing schedule. You get a text reminder fifteen minutes before each test. There is an hour window from that point where the test should be taken. You blow for 4 seconds and then see your results. The test results are sent to your designated recipient(s). It's easier than it sounds. Today is my 6 months. This device saved my life.
