The fees are big and the daily limit for transfer is so low. I've been with the bank for more than 1 year and they still haven't changed my daily limit.

I tried to call and ask for an assistance on my issue about mobile recharging but the customer did not explain it very well, i tried to explain to her what is my situation but she keep on telling me to go to something i did not understand. I tried to open the application and ask but she did not explain it step by step and keep on telling me to go to something that i did not understand and i think she is in a hurry. So disappointing πŸ˜”πŸ˜” I hope your customer service will prioritize helping people

The app works will but let us think about the last updat. Do you think it is good to let people around know I am using the app by music during initialization?? I don't like at all. In some cases it is insecure.

When i want to login to my bank im doing so to get something done quickly. What I'm not keen on doing, at all, is announce to the whole world that I'm logging into my bank account. Give me an option to skip AND mute the intro that you've added in the latest update. It's poor user experience

Worst Banking App! It's been almost 1 and half month and I am Unable to login from outside of Saudi Arabia πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¦! App shows Same error "we are working hard to improve... blah blah blah!" on every login!
