Smartwage

Smartwage is a mobile application developed in React Native that offers employees advanced corporate welfare and expense management services. Thanks to its modern architecture, the app ensures a seamless and secure user experience: it uses Redux for global state management, React Navigation for screen navigation, and NativeWind/TailwindCSS for a modern and personalized style.

The mobile app is tightly integrated with the company's Web App: the company onboards its employees via the web platform, allowing them to easily access all available services after downloading the app. Key features include requesting and managing expense reimbursements, viewing company benefits, uploading documents, personalized notifications, and personal profile management. All data is protected and synchronized in real time with the company platform, ensuring security and transparency.

Dashboard/Home:
Displays personalized employee information, such as company benefits, expenses, notifications, and unanswered questions.

Reimbursement Requests:
Guided flow for requesting expense reimbursements, with document upload and final summary.

User Profile:
View and edit personal information, profile details, and security.

Advanced Navigation:
Use of stack navigators and tab navigators for a fluid and modern UX.

Deep Linking:
Support for opening specific screens via custom URLs (e.g., smartwage://payment/success).

Request reimbursements by uploading documents (invoices, receipts, self-declarations) or connect your bank account for automatic analysis of reimbursable expenses using artificial intelligence. The app guides you step-by-step, displays a summary of the request, and updates you on the approval status.

Bank Account Connection
Connect your account read-only: Smartwage automatically detects reimbursable expenses, ensuring security and privacy. You can disconnect your account at any time.

Benefits Management
View available benefits, such as Amazon vouchers, and request them directly from the app. Receive notifications about updates and new opportunities.

Personal Document Management
Upload and update personal documents (e.g., ID card) and self-certifications, even via camera or image library.

Personal Profile
View and update your information, complete self-certifications (e.g., dependent children, transfers, new hires), and track information sent to the company.

Security and Privacy
All data is encrypted. Access to bank transactions is read-only and can be revoked at any time.
