Anyone looking for a lost item can initiate the property claim process through a series of questions set up by the platform. Once ownership has been confirmed, a donation can be sent to "unlock" the asset.

Once this phase has been completed, whoever has found the object can start the shipment of the same. Once the object has been received and the procedure has been completed, Pay4find will release the reward in favor of the finder. All methods and details relating to the shipment will be clearly indicated by Pay4find, delegating all responsibility related to the shipment to the courier in charge.
