## Description

SLTB Tea Value Chain is an all-in-one mobile platform built for tea growers and everyone connected to the tea value chain in Sri Lanka. Instead of relying on notebooks and manual records, you can record daily leaf details, track expenses, check income and understand your profits, straight from your phone.<br>The app works in English, Sinhala and Tamil, making it easy for everyone to use.<br>Who is it for?<br>The platform supports six connected user roles: Grower, Dealer, Collector, Factory User, Tea Inspector and Service Provider.<br>Key features for growers:<br>Grower registration and digital Dalu Potha (leaf book)<br>Record expenses across plucking, fertilizer, weed control, pruning, pest and disease, shade management, irrigation, transport and more<br>Track monthly income, other income and money received<br>View expenditure summaries and full finance reports<br>Add land details and map your cultivation area with GPS<br>Check local weather forecasts<br>Apply for subsidies and request services<br>Send leaf collection requests and connect with tea inspectors<br>For dealers, collectors and factories:<br>Farmer-gate weighing with grower QR scan and NFC tag traceability<br>Manage collection requests, routes and collection centers<br>Assign books to growers and maintain a grower registry<br>Set month-wise factory reasonable prices<br>Plan and optimize collection routes<br>Track budgets, bags and leaf ledgers<br>For tea inspectors:<br>View and action land verification tasks<br>Communicate with growers and process subsidy requests<br>Complete inspection reports with photos and digital signatures<br>For service providers:<br>List services with pricing and availability<br>Manage business details and service areas<br>Receive service requests and view grower ratings<br>Smart, simple and transparent.
