You can also capture device playback audio only (music, video, games) without the microphone — Internal audio — and keep everything in My Clips.

Backtrack gives you the raw replay; video edit helps you get the clip you actually want. Trim the timeline, crop the frame, save as a new clip or overwrite — then export or share. Make GIFs from your highlights — great for memes and stickers to send to friends.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open the floating controls from My Clips (or your shortcut / Quick Settings tile, if enabled)
• Pick Backtrack or Internal audio (long-press the floating button to switch tools)
• Approve Android screen capture when prompted
• Backtrack: the app buffers the most recent seconds in the background (floating controls hide while buffering — use the notification to save or stop)
• Internal audio: records media playing on your device until you save or discard
• Clips are stored in My Clips — your private in-app library
• Open a clip, tap Edit: trim time, crop the view, save your result
• Export to the gallery or music library, share, or export a GIF when you’re ready
