## Description

The HomeTrain app is primarily aimed at physiotherapists and other health professionals, as well as older people with and without mild cognitive impairment.<br>The aim of the app is to support independent training at home in addition to and continuation of (physio)therapy. Using the app for independent training at home is particularly recommended for people who have previously learned the exercises included under the guidance of a specialist.<br><br>You can only use this app if you have received a valid activation code.
