For the association chairman
• Maintenance requests: every request gets a tracking number, is assigned to a service provider or technician, and is closed with a photo of the work, which the owner then rates.
• Dues: an annual budget split across the units automatically, with a budget calculator that keeps its versions. Owners transfer to the association's bank account and record the transfer in the app; you approve it.
• Owners and units: add owners by hand or from a file, and invite them by text message.
• Votes and announcements: put association decisions to a vote and follow whether quorum is reached; send announcements to owners.
• Operations: asset register, preventive maintenance, utility bills, documents, contracts and reports.
• Tenders: offer the complex's work to service providers and receive their bids.

For owners and residents
• Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code — no password.
• Report a problem in your unit and follow it until it is closed.
• See your unit's dues and record your transfer.
• Vote on association decisions and read its announcements.

For service providers and technicians
• Receive the jobs assigned to you and close them with a photo and a note.
• Manage your team of technicians and follow maintenance schedules.
• Browse open tenders that match your specialty and submit your bid.

Security and privacy
• Each complex's data is isolated from every other, and each role has its own permissions.
• Sign in with a code sent to your phone, and turn on fingerprint sign-in on your device.
• Delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Facility and asset management
Sknak handles facility management and asset management for residential complexes and towers: maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, the asset register, utility bills, dues and association decisions, in one app for everyone who lives in or serves the complex.

Get started
An association chairman registers the complex and starts a 15-day free trial; owners join by invitation from their chairman.
