## Review summary

Reviews are mostly positive about discovering events and the app’s simple, convenient booking flow. The main recurring concern is reliability and access: some users cannot log in or get past the opening screens, and app problems can also prevent access to tickets purchased online.

### Pros

- Easy-to-use interface with straightforward navigation.
- Makes it easy to discover a wide variety of live events, including concerts, comedy, and local or indie events.
- Ticket booking is simple and convenient, with multiple reviewers describing quick or seamless bookings.
- Several users report a smooth experience, including prompt ticket confirmation.

### Cons

- Recurring access problems: multiple users report being unable to log in, getting stuck on the location screen, or having the app crash shortly after opening.
- Some users have trouble accessing tickets bought on the website because ticket retrieval requires the app; one also reports that screenshots are blocked.
