SC Warehouse is the companion mobile app for warehouse staff using the SiteConnex logistics dispatch platform. Manage outbound preparation tasks, update order status, and coordinate with drivers — all from your phone.<br><br>KEY FEATURES<br>• Outbound task list — View all stops requiring warehouse preparation, organised by date<br>• Status management — Move tasks through the preparation workflow: preparing, ready, and done<br>• Task details — See order reference, weight, volume, scheduled time and customer information<br>• Photo &amp; video capture — Document order condition, packing and loading with photos and videos<br>• Notes — Add preparation notes visible to drivers and office staff<br>• Task history — Review completed tasks and past activity<br>• Dark mode — Full dark mode support for comfortable use in any lighting<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br><br>1. Sign in with the credentials provided by your company administrator<br>2. View outbound tasks that require warehouse preparation<br>3. Mark tasks as &quot;Preparing&quot; when you begin packing an order<br>4. Mark tasks as &quot;Ready&quot; when the order is packed and staged for pickup<br>5. Drivers are notified when orders are ready for collection<br><br>SC Warehouse works with the SiteConnex web dashboard.
