Moronic online retailer, no service. Was refunded a defective product rapidly but unable to use that credit. No online help, no easy to find customer phone number, and all is in local language. Lazada is much better. If I cannot get a human to help, closing of this account is in order. UPDATE: called their helpline but with NO ASSISTANCE. The staff read a script in English and told me to contact their local customer service. I asked to give me their phone or address. She hung up.
