As the mobile extension to Shift4’s Lighthouse Business Manager, InCharge syncs with Harbortouch Bar & Restaurant (HBR), CirroTouch, and Duet POS systems to give you a high-level overview of all locations or a focused look at a single restaurant.

See daily and weekly metrics at a glance — total sales, sales per ticket, average ticket time, open tickets, and labor percentage — then drill down to identify trends and resolve issues. InCharge also includes labor management tools to view staff performance (hours, sales, tips, ticket time), compare labor trends, and spot overtime, plus quick biometric logins for secure, fast access.
